The obverse of this hexagonal silvered bronze medal depicts a nude woman standing in front of rocks and pouring water from a ewer that is balanced on her left shoulder. Sunrays radiate from behind the rocks. The word "VICHY" is stamped above the rocks. It is signed "Cam".
The reverse depicts Vichy's town coat of arms with the words "Ville de Vichy" stamped across the top. The rim is stamped "Bronze" and there is an indistinct mint mark next to it. The medal is presented in a square marbled finish box with a brown velvet and beige silk lining.
